Pixels are the Plixoo currency, and you earn them by doing the thing you came here to do: playing games. Finish a run, win a match, beat your own record or just show up two days running, and your balance goes up. Spend them in the shop on avatars, frames, titles and themes.
Nothing you buy with Pixels changes how a game plays. They are purely for making your profile yours.

Daily streak bonus
Claim once a day and the bonus grows every consecutive day you come back. Miss a day and it resets to day one.
There are daily caps so nobody has to grind: 12 Pixels per game per day, and 60 across the whole site. Playing more games is always worth more than replaying one. The streak bonus sits outside both caps.
Can I buy Pixels?
Not yet, and we would rather say that plainly than show you a button that does not work. Pixels are stored in your own browser right now, which is fine for something you earned in five minutes and completely unacceptable for something you paid for: clear your browser data and it would be gone. Purchases stay switched off until Plixoo has real accounts with a balance stored on a server.

What are Pixels on Plixoo?
Pixels are the Plixoo player currency. You earn them free simply by playing games - there is no purchase required to get them - and you spend them in the shop on cosmetics like avatars, avatar frames, profile titles and site colour themes.
How do you earn Pixels?
You earn 1 Pixel for finishing a run of any game and 2 for winning one. On top of that you get 5 Pixels the first time you ever finish a particular game, 3 for setting a new personal best, and a daily streak bonus that grows from 5 up to 25 Pixels for playing on consecutive days.
Do I have to pay for Pixels?
No. Every Pixel currently on Plixoo is earned by playing. Buying Pixels is not available, and the pack prices shown on the site are a preview of what is planned rather than something you can purchase today.
Is there a limit to how many Pixels I can earn?
Yes, there are daily caps so no single game can be farmed: 12 Pixels per game per day and 60 across all games per day. The daily streak bonus sits outside those caps.
Where are my Pixels stored?
In your own browser on the device you played on. There are no accounts on Plixoo yet, so your balance does not follow you to a different browser or phone, and clearing your site data clears it. We are upfront about this, which is also why buying Pixels is switched off until proper accounts exist.
What can I spend Pixels on?
Cosmetics in the Pixel Shop: avatars, animated avatar frames, profile titles and colour themes that recolour the whole site. Nothing you buy affects gameplay, so Pixels can never give one player an advantage over another.
