Are these games actually educational?
Yes, and deliberately so. Each one is built around one real concept from computing - binary place value, algorithms and loops, machine learning, boolean logic, password entropy, or RGB colour - and teaches it by making you do it rather than by telling you about it. Robot Route in particular is the same idea as an Hour of Code exercise.
What age are the learning games for?
Roughly seven and up. Binary Blocks and Pixel Painter work for younger children with a bit of help, while Train the Bot and Logic Gates suit older kids and honestly teach most adults something too.
Can these be used in a classroom?
Yes. They run in any browser with no install, no account and no data collection, which is usually what blocks games on school devices. Each game page also explains the concept in writing, so a teacher can set it as a task.
