1. Using Plixoo

Plixoo is free to use for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You may play any game on the site as much as you like. You agree not to use Plixoo for anything unlawful or harmful.

2. Fair play

• Don't try to break, overload, hack or reverse-engineer the site or its games.
• Don't copy, rip, rehost or redistribute our games or content as your own.
• Don't use bots, scrapers or automated tools to hammer the site.

3. Who owns what

Plixoo, its design, its brand and its games are owned by us and their respective creators, and are protected by copyright and other laws. Playing a game does not give you any ownership of it. You may share a link to a game page, but please don't claim the games as your own.

4. Your progress

Scores, levels and in-game wallets are stored locally in your browser. We can't guarantee this data will be preserved - clearing your browser storage, switching devices or updating a game may reset it. It's for fun, so please don't treat it as permanent.

5. Games are provided "as is"

We build Plixoo with care, but the site and its games are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We don't promise the site will always be available, bug-free or uninterrupted. Sometimes things break - we'll do our best to fix them.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Plixoo and its creators are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site. In plain terms: play at your own enjoyment.

Plixoo may link to other sites, such as BlackWave Digital. We are not responsible for the content or policies of sites we link to.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use Plixoo after a change means you accept the updated terms. The "last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version.
